What we've been up to...

Well, it's been a while. Roughly three months since I've posted anything. Since July, Barrett and I have been to Savannah, GA to stay with my family while Hubs, Christopher, had to go to Seattle for several weeks. We had a blast! My parents brought "Spoiling a child" to a whole new level. Barrett came home with a Jeep Cherokee-ful of loot. Seriously, we almost didn't have room for us in the car. It was packed to the ceiling. We had a stow away also. When I was about to put Barrett in his carseat for the long trip home, a little green tree frog jumped into the Jeep, and I couldn't get it out. I'm expecting to find a dried up, crusty tree frog in the car any day now.

Let the spoiling begin! Barrett's first ride. We need to get some 22s on that sucker.

The second best thing about visiting Savannah? Krispy Kreme.

Beef Carpaccio. It's raw beef. RAW... and it's oh so delicious. My good friend Christian and I went to a swanky restaurant in downtown Savannah and got this. Mmm.

Well, the quality of my iPhone camera isn't that great :\ but let me say... it was DELICIOUS. I thought I would barf like with raw oysters, but this was unlike anything I have ever had... nothing unpleasant about it at all. If it weren't a health risk for you i would tell you to try it... shoot, even as a health risk, I think you should try it! Maybe it's so pink because of the fat that was in it... it was a perfect distribution of fat. It was like eating silk. I'm drooling over here... OH and I had truffle fries! mmmmm....
